   TAKE NOTE: Effective April 6, 2006, an Office Building Fire Safety Director becomes

the building's Fire Safety/EAP Director and will be the person responsible for implementing

the building's Emergency Action Plan. Click here to familiarize yourself with the new law.

 

    New ON-SITE testing procedures took effect in July 2005:

 

 

    The Guidelines surrounding the preparation of the Fire Safety Plan for Office Buildings and               Hotel/Motel were revised in March 2006.
